COMPLETE FITNESS TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE “CF”MEANS AND REFERS TO COMPLETE FITNESS.

AN ORDER IS CONSIDERED ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF A CUSTOMER ORDER FOR ALL GOODS ITEMISED. THE CUSTOMER IN SUBMITING AN ORDER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO “CF” TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.

THE CUSTOMER DECLARES THAT THEIR ADDRESS, EMAIL AND PHONE CONTACTS ARE CORRECT AS NOTED ON THE ORDER. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO INFORM “CF” AS TO ANY CHANGE IN CONTACT DETAILS OR STATUS.

THE TITLE OF ALL GOODS ITEMISED IN THE ORDER REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF “CF” UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND CLEARED IN FULL. NO DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE OR COLLECTIONS ALLOWED, IN FULL OR IN PART, UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND CLEARED IN FULL. THE TERM "DELIVERY DATE" AND "COLLECTION DATE" ARE INTERCHANGEABLE.

WHETHER GOODS ARE DELIVERED OR COLLECT FROM “CF” IS DETERMINED AT TIME OF SALE AND NOTED ON THE ORDER. DELIVERIES MADE BY “CF” OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE CHARGEABLE. “CF” WILL TAKE ALL REASONABLE EFFORTS WITHIN THEIR CONTROL TO ENSURE THAT DELIVERIES ARE MADE IN A TIMELY MANOR. THE DELIVERY DATE IS AN ESTIMATE AND INDICATIVE ONLY. “CF” WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LATE AVAILABILITY OF GOODS. GOODS NOT BEING AVAILABLE ON THE DELIVERY DATE WILL NOT VOID THIS CONTRACT. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. “CF” MAY MAKE DELIVERY IN PART OR IN FULL. BALANCE OF PAYMENT IS DUE IMMEDIATELY THE CUSTOMER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THE GOODS ARE AVAILABLE, IN FULL OR IN PART, FOR DELIVERY OR COLLECTION. “CF” WILL ATTEMPT TO PROVIDE NOTICE OF GOODS BECOME AVAILABLE USING THE CONTACT DETAILS AS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER. IN THE EVENT THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO PAY THE BALANCE OF PAYMENTS WITHIN 20 WORKING DAYS FROM “CF” ATTEMPTING TO PROVIDE NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF GOODS, “CF” WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO KEEP THE DEPOSIT IN FULL AND SELL THE GOODS TO ANOTHER PARTY, AT A DISCOUNT IF REQUIRED, TO COVER ANY LOSSES AND EXPENSE INCURRED. WHEN CUSTOMER IS UNABLE TO TAKE DELIVERY OF GOODS ON AGREED SCHEDULE, THE CUSTOMER SHOULD PAY TO “CF” ALL COSTS FOR MATERIALS AND LABOUR OCCASIONATED BY SUCH DELAY. THIS SHOULD BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO DELIVERY. “CF” WILL NOT EXTEND OR ENHANCE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY.
